Default SPA3102 Newbie Question

Hello Gurus,

I have SPA3102. I want to do the following:

1) I want to setup gizmo. (I know it can be done.)
2) Connect my Vonage adapter to the PSTN line.
3) I would like to call my vonage number connected to the PSTN line from my cell phone and based on caller id it should prompt me for a PIN. Then after successful authentication it should allow me to enter say for example 1# to get dial tone to make calls on gizmo network and 2# to make calls using vonage network.

or

After successful authentication It would be great if the SPA3102 has the ability to call me back and give me the dial tone. Then i could type 1# to dial using gizmo network or 2# using vonage network.

Is it possible? Also, if this is not possible with SPA3102 what device in the market has this functionality.

Appreciate all the help.

Thanks.

Regards,
