Default SPA3102 dial plan problem

Hello all,

I just bought a SPA3102 and I used the wiz in voxilla website and everythin is workin great when I dial a VoIP call...but when I try to get out of the pstn to make a local call in my country (saudi arabia) I get a busy signal

([2-79]11<:@gw0>|xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#1,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xx .<:@gw0>|<#9,:>*xx<:@gw0>)

I dial #9 I get a different tone then I dial a 7 digit number XXXXXXX then I get a busy signal. this tell me the SPA3102 is not sending the number to be dialed or something..

I called my number and sipura would answer with no problems

can you please help me

I read a lot in this fourm..I am suspecting DTMF settings

the other thing is I have this dial plan in my pstn line

(xx.|*xx)
(xx.|*xx.|**xx.|#xx.)

does this mean that once I call my pstn line and I get authenticated by pressing my pin code then I can dial anywhere in the VOIP network??

thanks

Check to make sure on the PSTN tab
Line Enable YES
Voip-to-PSTN Gateway YES
Use Preferred Codec Only NO

You have to have the voip settings setup correctly on the pstn tab. If it is the same voip account that you have on the line 1 tab there are special considerations.
