| Hello all, I just bought a SPA3102 and I used the wiz in voxilla website and everythin is workin great when I dial a VoIP call...but when I try to get out of the pstn to make a local call in my country (saudi arabia) I get a busy signal ([2-79]11<:@gw0>|xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#1,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xx .<:@gw0>|<#9,:>*xx<:@gw0>) I dial #9 I get a different tone then I dial a 7 digit number XXXXXXX then I get a busy signal. this tell me the SPA3102 is not sending the number to be dialed or something.. I called my number and sipura would answer with no problems can you please help me I read a lot in this fourm..I am suspecting DTMF settings the other thing is I have this dial plan in my pstn line (xx.|*xx) (xx.|*xx.|**xx.|#xx.) does this mean that once I call my pstn line and I get authenticated by pressing my pin code then I can dial anywhere in the VOIP network?? thanks |
