Default SPA3102 basic QoS questions

Hi all,
I am replacing my SPA3000 with a 3102, in order to use its router & QoS functions. I am behind an ADSL router/firewall that I don't have access to, like so:

ADSL router --> 3102 --> 5 port switch

128KB measured upload speed.

So far, so good. I am able to call out & to recieve calls thru either the VOIP or PSTN interfaces.

The issue is that I am a BitTorrent user as well. I followed the advice on this thread to set my preferred codec to 729, QoS to TBF & max uplink speed to 100Kbps. But when uTorrent is running (upload set for 100 as well), I'm experiencing so much jitter during a call that I have to end the application.

I am currently using the 3102 in bridge mode, as when I set it to port forward BT to a machine, it wasn't recognizing the MAC address of the fixed-IP machine - invalid address, or some such message, although I verified it twice.

My questions are:

* What should I set my max upload speed in uTorrent to?
* What about the SIP & RTP CoS settings on the VOIP & PSTN sides in the 3102? Should they be left stock, or set for 5?
* Does QoS/CoS work if the 3102 is in bridge mode?
