| Hi, I have BroadVoice and I used the wizard to setup my spa3000 but when I call my pots line and then call out on the VoIP I got "Your call can not be completed this time...." Any idea what can be wrong? Thanks, Dennis |

| VP won't let you have admin rights or let you change the firmware. I just set up a broadvoice account because they will give you admin level control of your hardware. I am trying to do this same thing. I didn't want to use the configurator unless I had too. I just thought there would be a check box or two to change. I am trying to automatically let my incoming PSTN line connect to my VoIP line. So I call in to the PSTN line and it swithes me to an outgoing VoIP line. Is there a single or few check boxes to do this? Or do I need to use the configurator? Thanks in advance. Rich Shumaker |
