| My Sipura 3000 behaves well, configured to have SIPGATE as an incoming account, SIPDISCOUNT as default outgoing account, with SIPGATE outgoing calls accessed by dialing #0 (with different dial tone). My dial plan looks like this and works fine: (xx.<:@gw1>|*xx.<:@gw1>|<#0,:>xx.|<#0,:>*xx.) I have 2 changes I'd like to make: 1. How can I amend this string so that you no longer have to dial 0044 in the SIPDISCOUNT account (for UK calls) but can still dial France for example through 0033? (Don't need it for SIPGATE because their service doesn't require 0044 for U.K.) I tried this but it dialed out through Sipgate instead of Sipdiscount: (0<:044>[1-9]xxxxxxxxxS0 and 00xxxxx.<:@gw1>|*xx.<:@gw1>|<#0,:>xx.|<#0,:>*xx.) 2. How do I add other gateway services, for example VOIPBUSTER(another service that needs 0044 for UK), accessible through dialing say #9, or #8? I guess the dialplan for Line 1 will need changing yet again, as well as changes being made to the gateway details. Sorry to be so thick about all this but I find getting my head around dial plans quite difficult. Thanks, Franky |

| Hi, This is my dial plan (999S0<:@gw0>|1471S0<:@gw0>|123S0<:@gw0>|100S0<:@g w0>|152S0<:@gw0>|<:00441327>[2-8]xxxxxS0<:@gw1>|000xx.<:@gw4>|00xx.<:@gw1>|<01:0044 1>xxxxxxxxxSO<:@gw1>| <02:00442>xxxxxxxxxSO<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xxx.<:@gw0>|<#1 ,:>xxx.<:@gw1>|<#2,:>xxx.<:@gw2>| <#3,:>xxx.<:@gw3>|<#4,:>xxx.<:@gw4>) Have a look at the gw1 entries. These are for Sipdiscount. I live in the 01327 area so the first entry is for the local STD code, then for 01 and 02. I have deliberately prevented this dial plan dialing to mobiles, 0870 etc as it is cheaper to route via BT and the PSTN connection on the 3K is to my work line. The way this is set you normally route via sip. If you use the access code to Sipdicount then you have to dial the full IDD number. Hope this is of help. Mark |

| First, I don't see any Dial Plan elements that go out your Line 1 service provider. Do you have one? Next, your 01:00441 and 02:00442 elements have a typo. The parameter at the end, which sets your Interdigit Short Timer to zero should be big-ess-zero, not big-ess-big-o. You could, of course, collapse these two Dial Plan elements into one that says 0<:044>[12]xxxxxxxxxS0<@gw1>, but it's more important to resolve the typo and the Line 1 discrepancy.
