Default SPA3000 No Longer Working

I purchased a SPA3000 in December and it was working just fine with the exception of some echo. A few days ago I tried playing around with a few of the settings to reduce the echo and my device no longer can connect with my gateway VOIP provider -- Teliax. I reset the device to the factory settings two times now and used the Voxilla tool three times to configure the device without any success. When I first purchased the device I used the Voxilla tool and it configured my device just fine.

I attached an image of my "line 1" settings and hope someone can identify what is causing me to not be able to make outgoing calls. Incoming and PSTN calls work fine.

I would recommend you to make sure that you provider is up and running and that your configuration (Proxy, user, password) is ok.

I would also recommend you to use syslog server. to capture the requests and responses your SPA3000 is sending and receiving to/from your VoIP provider. Here in the forum you can find several threads explaining how to configure everything to capture the log.

To use Teliax in the gateway you need to enter the proxy as MyUsername@voip-co3.teliax.com. You also put MyUsername in the GW1 Auth ID field as you have it.
