 SPA3000 locks up Sometimes if I turn the phone off before finishing to dial, my SPA3000 locks up, and the PSTN line will remain busy forever. Is there a configuration that will avoid this? Is there a way to remotely reset it? Software Version: 2.0.11(GWg)     |

| RE: SPA3000 locks up You don't mention what country you are in, so it is difficult to begin. Your 3000 is either not set to recognize your country's reorder tone (fast busy) or it has been set to disable recognition. If you are living in any country where the phone company follows the US standard you need to make sure that these features are enabled. If you are in another country you should check the Sipura Localization Wizard to see if your country's tones are listed. You shoud also be able to reset the 3000 from your Line 1 telephone by dialing **** 732668# (reboot). |
