I'm using my SPA3000 with the latest version of trixbox. For some reason, my call logs are showing incoming calls with two "0" before the areacode and phone number. For example <001235551212>, I believe this is causing the call back system to not work. Is there a sipura configuration option that handles this? I can't seem to determine the issue causing this...

There is a pstn-to-voip gateway configuration parameter, PSTN CID Number Prefix, that has a default of blank. If you have 00 configured there, that will add 00 to the caller id.

Glad it is working. Sometimes people configure the 00 to add to the CID and then in the PSTN User tab you will find a Cfwd Sel1 Caller 00* which will call forward any incoming call to the stated destination. I think it stops the ring thru in case it is configured yes. I don't believe you have to configure the SPA this way, but I have seen a published example where it was done that way. The Voxilla Wizard does not configure that way.

yeah, I got the example config online, so I'm sure that is where it came from. Now, if I can just figure out why the DTMF tones don't work after I'm given a dial tone in DISA. I have been searching around and it appears to be an issue for alot of people... Back to more searching... Thanks
