Default SPA3000 + dd-wrt + SIPath

Has anybody had any luck in getting the SPA3000 to work with sipath?

I have a Linksys WRT54GL with tha latest dd-wrt VOIP build.
On the router under Administration -> Management I've set the SIP-port to 5600 and SIP-Domain to voxalot.com

Om my SPA3000 I've set my Outbound proxy to the LAN-IP of my router 192.168.1.1
Proxy:voxalot.com Use Outbound Proxy:yes
Outbound Proxy: 192.168.1.1 Use OB Proxy In Dialog: yes
Register: yes Make Call Without Reg: no
Ans Call Without Reg: yes

After rebooting my SPA3000 fails to register and there is nothing listed on the SIPatH 'contacts'

The Status overview of the SIPath looks like this:

Message type: Occurances
200: 0 202: 0 2xx: 0
300: 0 301: 0 302: 0 3xx: 0

5 19174 receiver child=0 sock=2 @ 192.168.1.1:5060
RTPproxy: 192.168.1.1 83.xx.xx.xxx
lan address: 192.168.1.1
wan address: 83.xx.xx.xxx
Device Info: Boardtype: 0x0467, Boardnum: 42

Can anybody see if I'm missing something?

One question, Why do are you using SipatH?. Its only really needed if you have many IP Phones/ATAs that need to make internal calls to eacho ther. SipatH allows calls to internal extension to stay within your home network, not going out to the internet and back. Besides that, there really isn't any worthwhile reason to use the VoIP Version of DD-WRT, you'll be better off with the mini or standard version of v23 SP1 or SP2

I'm using the DD-WRT(Voip) firmware, with a@h & an SPA3000.

The benefit I've found is that I no longer need to do any port forwarding, nor use the DMZ. In fact, forwarding ports seems to break things.

I cannot get voxalot to work as a gateway on my SPA though.

If you use a STUN Server, there is no need for any kind of port forwarding on pretty much any router.

A STUN server with a@h? That would be useful.

Why would you want to connect your SPA3000 directly to VoXaLot, anyway? Asterisk can do everything VoXaLoT can do, and more, and you already have it up and running!

Wood, are you using Asterisk standalone, or you meant the A@H within DD-WRT VoIP?

I'm a serial tinkerer. Yes I have * up and running with multiple providers, DIDs, SPAs.......but I wanted to learn how to use the gateways as I have other family members just using SPA3Ks - with one provider & PSTN. With my setup, I found I couldn't.

Standalone a@h with a separate DD-WRT router & multiple ATAs, one of which is an SPA3K

The main reason people can't get this to work is because they have not entered a fully qualified username in the gateway slot:

See http://www.voxalot.com/action/static...lay&itemOID=36 (scroll down a little).
