Default SPA3000 -- connect to PSTN -- request assistance

Request your assistance

I have just now piurchased an SPA3000 & have connected it to my Broadvoice (BV) service, using the configuration wizard on Voxilla.

Here's what I want to do. I am installing this at our branch office in India. I have connected the SPA3000 (thru our DSL line) to BV & it works OK. I have connected a local (Indian) PSTN line to the SPA-3000 also.

I want to be able to do two things:
* Our office in USA to dial the BV #, then use the PSTN number to make calls within India
* Our remote sales staff to dial the PSTN #, then thru the BV account to dial our office in USA
===
How do I configure the SPA3000 to achieve both of the above? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Best Regards.

Default RE: SPA3000 -- connect to PSTN -- request assistance

For this configuration you will only be using the PSTN Line half of the SPA3000. You may wish to put some other service, like FWD, on the Line 1 side of the box.

Simply put your BV credentials in the PSTN Line side of your SPA. Then, set up both VoIP-to-PSTN (for your USA staff's use) and PSTN-to-VoIP (for your Indian staff's use) with PINs and Dial Plans appropriate for the Indian PSTN Line and BV, respectively.
