Hello, Is there a simple way to replace the current emergency numbers dial plan ([2-79]11<:@gw0>) to FXO, with the European and UK numbers 112 & 999, without impacting the short codes and other access and settings for the 3000? Thanks David

Thanks, still trying to get my head round the one or two settings on the 3000, just finished understanding my Intertex IX66 and Ingate 1400, so time for something new! The only other issue is how do you test it, in the UK I

This reminds me of how they have the words 'IN CASE OF EMERGENCY DO NOT DIAL 911' flashed on the screen when they show Rescue 911 outside North America. You could probably have (<911S0:999><:@gw0>) for the UK as well, so that if somebody absent-mindedly does dial 911, they talk to someone in the UK who can help. Seriously though, this is useful info, as I'm also looking to use SPA 3000 with Telappliant, so may PM David.

The 3000 and Voiptalk is working well, I have PBX at home with 6 analogue extensions (2 are DECT), as before you can pick dial 9 then any number after that goes via Voiptalk. Inbound PSTN callers ring in as usual on the analogue phones, as do SIP callers. I

| I've found a problem, I added the string as suggested, then changed 112 to 100 UK Operator to test it, but the call failed, I got 'the number that you dialled was not recognised' I looked at the SPAa Info page and it indicated that the last called number was actually 100@gw0 i.e. the @gw0 is also being sent. This all I have for testing in my dial plan for Line 1 (100S0<:@gw0>|999S0<:@gw0>) |

I've tried a really simple dial plan of (123S0<:@gw0>), (BT speaking clock) but still 123@gw is passed to the PSTN line. Any advice greatly received, as my 999 and 112 are currently not working I've attached a screenshot of the info page Thanks
