spa2102: send caller id on Vitelity?

Default spa2102: send caller id on Vitelity?
Whenever I call someone, the number/name shows as "Unknown" on the remote's Caller ID display.

Is this the usual case and is the only way to get outbound caller ID to show via the use of a sub-account?
