This was seemingly simple setup but I still can't find any solution to my problem. I have a sp2102 unlocked gizmo and am trying to configure both line2 and line2 so that I can use two different services. I enabled line2 and filled in required information. Both lines registered to its respective provider ok. I plug a phone in line1 and when there is a call to line2, line1 also rang. Also, when I pick up line1 and dial a number, line2 also got a call out log. To me it seemed that they are both overlapped. How can I solve this? TIA Martin

Is this an unlocked Sunrocket Gizmo? Maybe there is some provisioning info there that needs to be cleared out? How about configuring only line 1 and seeing if an incoming calls makes line 2 ring even if it not configured to any service provider?

Yes, I unlocked after SUN went down. I only disable provision by change the Provision Enable from "yes" to "no". Other settings are still the same. You are right, now that I disable line1 and use line2 to gizmoproject, when I called my line2 service, phones on line1 also rang.

I am not familiar with the Sunrocket SPA2102 and whether it will lock itself a-la Vonage if you factory reset it. I would do a factory reset if I am sure it won't lock you out of it and then configure it all over again. Maybe there is come kind of call fwd all set up in advanced view > user 1 or user 2? Also in the System tab the hostname and domain may still be populated with the Sunrocket info. I don't know if either of these may cause your issue, but wouldn't hurt to experiment.
