Default SPA2000 No incoming calls

First of all 'hello' to everyone, this is my 1st post.
I have a SPA2K working fine on line 1, on line 2 I have installed DRAYTEL www.draytel.org by simply changing the provider details etc. from the line 1 settings. Line 1 is configured for a different provider.
The problem is calls don't ring in, I can make calls fine. I am using a WRT54 router, Line 1 is configured to use port 5060 and line 2 5061.
If I install XTEN softphone all works ok.
Draytel market their own ATA called Vigortalk http://www.draytel.org/vigortalk_draytel.html this works fine but the audio is better on the sipura.
Draytel user guide here http://www.draytel.org/user_guide.html
Have tried different phones, Sipura is unlocked.
When ringing into Sipura my call goes to answerphone. Thanks in advance.
