Default SPA 841 no audio on XFER / Call Transfer

Hello, with two lines enabled on the same service provider, when I transfer a call, using the >> and XFER buttons the calls transfers but neither caller or called party can hear anything. Has anyone else experienced this with the 841?

Which service provider are you using on your 841? Depending on the service provider you may need to adjust one or more of the "VIA header" settings in order to transfer the call properly.

Also, have you tried to make a 3-way call first, and then drop out of it? See if that works.
