Default SPA-841 Factory Reset Problem Alert (ver 0.9.3 and earlier)

If an admin password is configured on the phone, then the user will be required to enter the password before he/she can factory reset the unit. That means if the admin password is lost, the phone can be locked up forever. (User password does not have this problem and can be factory reset as expected). For now, please make sure you don't lose the admin password. Sipura will soon post new phone firmware on www.sipura.com to correct this problem. Thank you for your support - Sipura
