Default SPA 3000 & ICH Nightmare Help

Hello, after messing around with a firmware upgrade and trying to fix a small disconnect problem I seem to have lost the ability for ICH to work as my PSTN line or as an outgoing only gateway. I have tried it on Line 1, new configuration wizard, putting spa in DMZ, etc.. I can make calls on the ICH account via a soft phone but not the SPA 3K.

I have BV on line 1 working (It also works on PSTN). I have rolled back firmware and searched all over and after a bunch of messing around I am ready to shoot someone. MAde things better then worse.

BTW, Things seem to work until I get the fast busy signal..

Attached is my config file with newest firm ware & fresh off the congurator. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Default Re: SPA 3000 & ICH Nightmare Help

The configurations look like they are OK, both the gateway and the pstn line. I would run sip debug traces to try to determine what is causing the problem. The fast busy can come from a dial plan error (not shown in a trace) or more likely your proxy is returning an error message that could give you a clue as to where to look for the problem.

I'm not sure that it is causing a problem, but I would take the & and - out of your display name. It might be OK at one provider but not another.

To run a trace you download a syslog program and follow the instructions. You set your pc address and Debug Level 3 on the System tab and on the Line and PSTN tabs you set Sip Debug Option FULL. You can download a syslog program here:
