Default SPA 3000 How to Hang Up Active Calls

I currently have a spa300 setup on an analog line, and patched into our phone network. I have polycom phones and use asterisk, in our phones polycom configs I have a section to route emergency number (911 & 311) calls out the analog line. The phones have a section that basically says for all calls go to sip.ourasteriskbox.blah on 5060, but if 911 or 311 is dialed, then route the call to the ip of the spa3000 on the network and out the analog line.

The problem I have is, the spa3000 have the line in from the wall, and the phone port goes to the fax machine. If someone is receiving or sending a fax, and someone dials 311 or 911, they will get a busy signal. Does anyone know how to hang up if a call is active on the phone port and allow 311 or 911 calls out?
