Anyone knows where I find the user manual for the SPA 2102 that I can use for programming it?

This is the User Guide, do they have one for programming the box similar to the SPA 3000 or I use the SPA 3000 manual?

There isn't another guide, your best bet is to use the SPA3000 manual.

In addition to the "ATA User's Guide" which is the SPA3000 manual, the "SPA 2100 Administrative Guide" has some information on the router settings. Both manuals are available on the Sipura site: Sipura Support Overview
