Default SPA-2100 tracert not working

I have my SPA-2100 connected to the internet with my computer connected to the LAN port. My computer is obtaining an IP from the 2100, and everything is working except for tracert:
  • C:\>ping www.broadbandreports.com

    Pinging broadbandreports.com [209.123.109.175] with 32 bytes of data:

    Reply from 209.123.109.175: bytes=32 time=367ms TTL=53
    Reply from 209.123.109.175: bytes=32 time=367ms TTL=53
    Reply from 209.123.109.175: bytes=32 time=364ms TTL=53
    Reply from 209.123.109.175: bytes=32 time=371ms TTL=53

    Ping statistics for 209.123.109.175:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
    Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 364ms, Maximum = 371ms, Average = 367ms

    C:\>tracert www.broadbandreports.com

    Tracing route to broadbandreports.com [209.123.109.175]
    over a maximum of 30 hops:

    1 * * * Request timed out.
    2 * * * Request timed out.
    3 * * * Request timed out.
Is there a setting on the 2100 that I'm missing to make this work?
