Default SPA-2100 - Can't connect via Web Browser

OK I just received my SPA2100 and SPA3000 today ( After a long wait )
Connected them to the network and with power.
Watched them get IP address's from the DHCP Server just fine.
Can Ping Each unit just fine.
Can Browse to the SPA3000 just fine.
CAN NOT Browse to the SPA-2100 at all.
Connected Phone to SPA-2100,
Enter in **** and then listen to the Built in IVR.
did the 73738 to factory defaults and then re-enabled the Web with 7932, still can't get to the unit via the web Browser.

Any Idea's ? Need help,

James

Hey jschunem,

I had this same problem when initially configuring my SPA-2100 using my Apple PowerBook. I would get an IP, be able to ping the device but not get the web admin page.

My solution was to use a different computer. I don't know why but my flatmates Apple iBook was able to connect with no problems at all. Later versions of the 2100 firmware don't seem to have this problem.

Anyway, I hope that helps you. There is a post on this forum I made a while ago which details the problem I had.

Phil.

Phil & All,

After a bit more playing around and making sure the factory defaults where set. Re-inable the DHCP and the Web Broswer I'm now able to access the unit.

Now on to configuration and testing wish me luck.

James
