 SPA 2000 dead? I have an SPA 2000 that may have died. All of the sudden I have no dial tone on either port and when plugged into the router it does not illuminate the lan port. I have another SPA 2000 that works fine on any lan port and I have rebooted all devices and exchange the RJ45 cable. I cannot even get into the programming mode. Is there any other way to reset the device or any other suggestions?     |

| RE: SPA 2000 dead? When you apply power do either of the LEDs light up, even for a moment? Have you confirmed that your power supply is healthy?

| RE: SPA 2000 dead? One did and one did not. The adaptor just died. Thanks to Voxilla though I received my replacement today and am back in business. Many thanks to the excellent staff at Voxilla! |
