Default SPA 2000 dead?

I have an SPA 2000 that may have died. All of the sudden I have no dial tone on either port and when plugged into the router it does not illuminate the lan port. I have another SPA 2000 that works fine on any lan port and I have rebooted all devices and exchange the RJ45 cable. I cannot even get into the programming mode. Is there any other way to reset the device or any other suggestions?

When you apply power do either of the LEDs light up, even for a moment? Have you confirmed that your power supply is healthy?

One did and one did not. The adaptor just died. Thanks to Voxilla though I received my replacement today and am back in business. Many thanks to the excellent staff at Voxilla!
