Default SPA 2000 Broadvoice - 2 VOIP lines, 1 eithernet connection

Has anyone been able to make the SPA 2000 work with 2 VOIP lines from Broadvoice? I can't get any dialtone on 2nd line and the people from Broadvoice don't know what to do either (2 hours with them and I have a headache).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Paul

Default RE: SPA 2000 Broadvoice - 2 VOIP lines, 1 eithernet connecti

Are you configuring the two lines with the Voxilla Wizard? As long as you have the two different sets of credentials programmed into the two halves of the box and each Line has its own SIP port it should work.

Try changing the SIP port on Line 2 to something new, like 15063, if you have already done the things I mention above.
