Default SPA-1001 Callers getting dead air

We just starting using GalaxyVoice and I bought the SPA-1001 to use with the service.

All worked great for about a week, but now it seems almost daily people are calling me on my cell phone saying that when they dial my number they either get dead air or a fast busy signal. If I check the phone, I have a dial tone and can make calls no problem.

Any ideas? A free phone line is no good if no one can call it.

Default Re: SPA-1001 Callers getting dead air

Ok, talking with my IT guy here at work, I'm guessing my NAT is screwy. Being completely new to VOIP I didn't even think of that. I'll have to check that today when I get home.

Any good, easy (read instructions for a 3 yr old ) walkthroughs out there to help me get this straigtened out?
