I finally bought a LinkSys 3102. The gateway is working fine as I can have access to my 3102 through my PSTN and I can have access to my PSTN through my VoIP line. I can also dial using my FXS analog phone. I have one serious and major problem which is the analog telephone connected to FXS does not ring. The wiring and telephone is ok. I have been using it with another ATA. I am sure it is one of the settings in the 3102. Can anyone help me please?

Try changing your codec settings under PSTN Line ->Audio Configuration ->Preferred Codec. I had exactly this problem this week when I was adjusting my system to reduce echo. I had reset my codec to G711a and locked it. I'm in the UK with BT as my PSTN provider and I found that having set G711a the phone woudn't ring. I changed it to G711u and now it's OK.

If changing it does the trick, you might want to lock it by setting PSTN Line ->Audio Configuration ->Use Pref Codec Only to YES.
