Default Sipura3K-Secure Calls Fail-VoIP->PSTN with PIN

I generated my own CA Keys and mini-certs with SRTP Private Keys. I have experimented the situation with all 3 firmwares (2013GWg, 313GWa and 315GWb). I am using PIN authentication on the VoIP->PSTN.

The calls are successful in secure mode when used between Sipura1-Line1 to Sipura2-Line1. This is definitely working great.

Now the situation:
a. The calls are successful in UNsecure mode when used between Sipura1-Line1 to Sipura2-PSTN. This is also definitely working great.
However,
b. The calls FAIL (literally stay in hung mode) in SECURE mode when used between Sipura1-Line1 to Sipura2-PSTN.

I noticed that after the following events
FXO:Off Hook
FXO:Stop CNDD
the debug log shows

In (a), AUD:Stop PSTN Tone, (and proceeds normally with success)
whereas
In (b), AUD:Play PSTN Tone 20 (and HANGS - nothing happens - complete silence)

Any ideas.

ShubhaKiran:

¿What software did you use to generate your own keys?

I used genmc.exe from Sipura to generate the keys and then I used spc.exe from Sipura to generate a config file and then I used the Resync URL to apply the changes to the units.
