| Firmware is 3.1.7(GWc) on both units. when I setup speed dials as sip addresses all non-numeric characters get stripped.. Although these devices are connected via Asterisk, I am trying to use the speed dial within the same network and this is happening (whether I use IP addresses or urls).. all the @: and any alpha characters are dropped. I know that I can call forward to nnnn@gw0 (or I hope any other gateway) .. but shouldn't the speed-dial be able to call a SIP address ? (yes, SIP dialling is "allowed") I shy from posting the whole configuration - if needed I'll spend the time to strip confidential stuff but please think of the question: is it supposed to work or isn't it ? |
