| Hi mberlant, thanks for answer my post.... My FWD is in the line 1, the line 2 is still empty. I have change the dial plan many times, but just coping and past from some post or from FWD web page, because I really don't understand the exactly "commands" of the plans (I'm still searching more information to understand this). Basically I have tried (*x.|**x.|*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxx.) Which I have take it from FWD web page and now I have (xx.|*xx.|**xx.|#xx.) which as far I understand is with no limitations After my post, I got my brother account number and pass (which I could receive calls but not make) and set it up on my softphone. I couldn't call from my sipura to my softphone, like was happening, but than I have inverted... I configure the sipura with my brothers account and the softphone with my account, and than I saw I could call from my sipura to my softphone, but than from my softphone to my sipura couldn't...... I read in the forum that have at the same time softphone and "hardphone" could make strange results..... So I will continue testing... Maybe is something transient about the FWD... Maybe you have heard something like that.... Also, I have tried with proxy, or with stun... But there is no difference What about the ports 5060 and 5082 blocked? This is normal? Is expected to be blocked on some connection ? This is why I need to use stun or proxy? You know, I'm looking for a service to communicate directly sip to sip, for free... right now I have a sipura and my family use softphone, but the plan is they get one sipura too. Can you recommend me, on your opinion, at least 3 providers in order of relevance, which you consider right now are the best solution to have free sip to sip? I will try again today and if something change I will post.... Thanks a lot for your help.... |

| jmpalomo: Configure in SIP tab, NAT Support Parameters section a STUN server. Todo do that fill STUN Server: stun.fwdnet.net:3478 and STUN Enable: YES. Also set Handle VIA received: YES, Handle VIA rport: YES, Insert VIA received:YES and Insert VIA rport: YES. Juan C. |

| Hi Juan C., yesterday when I was trying I had used with the stun or with the proxy configuration, without difference.... But today, without change anything it works..... I think was some kind of transient problem with the FWD service.... Anyway, thanks everybody for the help..... |
