Default SIPURA Rings nut won't connect on Inbound Calls

Hello,

We have 2 Sipura 3000 units and we're setting them up to work on a wireless network. The problem is, "if anyone can point us in the right direction", we can call out fine but when we call into the network the phone rings but when you answer it goes silent. We can hook it up directly to the switch and everything is fine but when wqe go to the wireless we can watch the traffic on our router and it look as if it's trying to send id somewhere on the internet. Our traffic on our WAN goes to about 400kbps but if we call in there is no traffic to the WAN port. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Default RE: SIPURA Rings nut won

Please read through the messages already posted in order to get a feel for what might be causing your problems as well as clues as to the symptoms you need to describe in order to get a response that leads to a solution to your problem.

For example, your posting mentions neither the router you are using on either end of your communications path nor the VoIP service provider you are using for the service connection. Please let us know which solution works for you or which ones you have tried and failed with, along with enough detail for us to get a handle on your unique environment.
