Default Sipura and PBX

Hi, i'm an italian guy who just bought a sipura 3000.I will receive it next week but i want to be ready to "play with my toy" when it will arrive.
I hope that you will understand my poor english!!
i will mount my sipura 3000 in my office.
My configuration will be: PSTN-->SIPURA3000-->PBX-->ANALOG PHONE.
Actually when i have to make a pstn call i have to dial 0 in front of the number to connect to the pstn line.I have to dial 0, then i listen the dial tone and i make the number.
This means something for the sipura???i have to consider the 0 that i have to dial to obtain the external line in my sipura dial plane?
I thought that the first 0 means only for the PBX "give the external line", so i don't need to consider it in my sipura dial plane because the sipura is mounted after the PBX. Am i wrong??

My plan:
Mobile calls-->make it throught PSTN line (in Italy all mobile phone number start with 3)

Emergency calls-->make it throught PSTN (in Italy all emergency number start with 11, and are just 3 digit long)

Non geographical calls-->make it throught PSTN line (number starting with 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9)

National calls-->make it throught VOIP (i have to add 01139 in front of the number dialed, ex.0444123456 have to be 011390444123456)

International calls-->make it throght VOIP (i have to add 011 in front of the number dialed and i have to cut the first 00, ex.0033123456 have to be 01133123456)

My dial plan:
(3xx.<@gw0>|11xS0<@gw0>|[12]xx.<@gw0>|[4-9]xx.<@gw0>|<:01139>0[1-9]xx.<@gw1>|<00:011>[1-9]xx.<@gw1>)
Is it good or i have to change something??Thanks in advance?
