Default sipura & latency + jitter buffer

i wish to have some advise on how to set the jitter buffer in order to maintain quality of conversation on my sipura 2002.
if i ping my provider sip server i get 129 ms

during conversation, when suddenly both parties end up talking at the same time, i discovered some wavy words sound which results some delay.

is there a setting on the sipura that help to avoid or reduce this wavy sound.

my sipura is set at the moment is:
network jitter level: high
jitter buffer adjustement: up & down

as well as i have the stun enabled using stun01.sipphone.com (will this as well affect some latecy or not?

thanks

Default RE: sipura & latency + jitter buffer

Please Search for "jitter buffer" here to find the detailed discussion of how the jitter buffer works and what things you need to consider in making the buffer larger or smaller. The tradeoff is between latency and choppiness of the voice and has nothing to do with ping time.
