| Datto, Yes I have the same problem configuring my SPA3102 in Thailand. I am trying to get the VoIP to PSTN functionality working. Every time I dial out to the PSTN I just get a busy tone. The message in the info page for Reason for Last Disconnection: is "PSTN disconnection tone". My SPA3102 came from Australia so by default is set up for the Oz telephone standards and tones. Like you I need to find the configuration suitable for Thailand |

| Datto, Your suggestion for the disconnection tone helped. Now I do not get the disconnection tone for the Reason for last PSTN disconnection, however the end result is the same (ie busy tone). My dial plan is Line1 is (*xx.|00|<#9,:>xx.<:gw0>). So when I dial #9 i get a second dial tone (I assume this is the PSTN dial tone). Then I dial a number and just get a busy tone. The reason for last PSTN connection is now empty. What are you other PSTN values say for "Line In Use Voltage" and FXO Port Impedance. I have tried playing with these values but obviuosly my guesses so far are wrong. Thanks for the help |
