Linksys SPA3102 Linksys SPA3102-NA (Unlocked)
Feature-packed successor to the SPA3000, includes VoIP/PSTN gateway, router and latest chipset.
Price: $76.95
All

New Client / Server version

get the utility v3.00a from sipura.clacy.com

There are 3 Modes
1, Client / Server on Separate Machines
2, Client / Server on Single Machine
3, Client only (No server talks directly to Sipura)

The 2.13a was the last previous release. I suggest you keep the copy of that somewhere safe in case you have to rollback.

This is a *major* upgrade and I’m sure I they will be some issues until it beds down nicely.

Currently only a single SPA3000 is supported. When al the bugs are resolved I will look at multiple SPA’s and the 2xxxx series.

Cheers ]

Unlikely, I'm heading off down the client / server route and that requires an NT4/2000/XP architecture.

I have it working correctly on 2000 and XP. It does work on NT but some of my code in setup dosn't work as it uses WMI to verify the service status etc. (you have to manually start the service) I hope to fix that in the next release. My NT4 machine is a Pentium 133 with 64Mb of RAM, so any machine that was running 98SE could probably run the server component on NT4 Service Pack6.

Cheers

great program - thanks! I am using it on SPA-2002 and it works just fine.
However, it is designed to only show Line1 (and PSTN, which of course, is missing in 2K models). How difficult it would be to add Line 2 information? Does it require an adapter to be shipped to Australia?

I realize SHC is on vacation until mid-Jan... I am afraid I'll forget before then  I can't connect to the server that is running on the other machine on the network. I can connect from local machine; and I can see the machines over the network (it's even running an ftp server); but for some reason the fron end says that there is no server running on 192.168.1.110.

Any troubleshooting suggestions?
Thx
Felix

I have tried in four seperate computers, all of which have .net 2.0 This doesn't work in any of them. Still get an error asking for .net. How disappointing

OK this was odd, had to uninstall .net 2.0 and go back to 1.1 now it works fine!
