| I've got a problem that I'm hopeing that someone out there can help me with (other than my spelling I have a Sipura 3000, since I have DSL, I figured the 3K would be a good choice. I could connect my PSTN line (since it's needed for DSL) into the 3K and my network into the Line 1 connection. So far it's working great!!! I've got a dial plan worked out that allows me to route X11 and local exchange calls out my PSTN line and all other calls out my VoIP provider. Since I needed my PSTN line anyway, I decided to keep giving out my old PSTN number. This way I don't have to update tons of stuff with my new VoIP #. I was able to get my PSTN line to ring through and ring the phone fine. Everything is working great.... Except, when people call my PSTN number while I'm on a VoIP call the Sipura still passes the call through and the PSTN caller simply keeps ringing. I get the 'call waiting' beep, and I can actually answer the incoming call. But, I don't want this. I want the PSTN caller to recieve a busy signal if I'm on any call, PSTN or VoIP. I'm missing a setting somewhere I'm sure. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. |
