 Sipura 3000 and DTMF detection Using sipura for a quite long time already, and before haven't notice any problems with it. However recently have got an issue - sipura DTMF detection when call comes from cell phone via PSTN line. I have a hotline - on incoming call sipura dial to IVR system than there one cold type extension ... and everything seems fine when call comes from regular phone, but when call comes from cell phone IVR system gets first digit doubled almost all the time. I even get spa debug to server in order to make sure that it's sipura detect double digits and not my IVR system, and currently stuck with that problem alone. So here I am, it would be easier to share this problem with a community, who knows, probably someone will give some good advices  Thank U for your time.     |

| RE: Sipura 3000 and DTMF detection It might be the fact the cell phone network is sending the DTMF in a way that causes the SPA3000 to misinterpret it. It certainly wouldn't be the first time.
