Default Sipura 3000: can I use VOIP line to plug into PSTN line?

Hi,

I don't have a real phone line at home. At the moment I am using a PAP2 with sipgate to have a landline number.
I am wondering if I can plug a VOIP line from PAP2 to into PSTN line of sipura 3000.
Actually, I would like to use my mobile to ring my sipgate number on PAP2 (which will go to sipura 3000 PSTN), then forward it out from VOIP line on sipura 3000.

Is it ok?

Thanks!

Should work (as long as you make sure the SIP ports are different, so that the two adapters don't "fight" with each other).

While I'm not currently doing it (because I've since gotten some "forwarding tricks" to work to allow extra inbound providers on just the SPA3000 itself), at one time I had one of the jacks on my older SPA-2000 cabled to the PSTN port of my SPA-3000, so that I could get another inbound VoIP account on the SPA-3000 (I do have a PSTN line, but I don't bother hooking it up to my SPA-3000, as I already have the PSTN as one of my "lines" on my 2-line phones, the SPA-3000 being the other "line" of course).

Thanks a lot, DracoFelis.

Could you please tell me how to set it up or give the link for instructions on the tricks that make SPA-300 have more than one inbound providers?

Cheers!
