 Sipura 2100 has a hard time sending touchtone during a call. I've tried and failed trying to tweak the Sipura 2100 settings to send touch tone more properly during a call. When I call my work main phone number, after the other end is picked up, I'm unable to dial in the extension I want to connect. I also have problems with automated banking (calling Wells Fargo Bank), but have better success with that. When I call my POTS link from Broadvoice (which I use the Sipura with), I either hear just crunching sounds or very brief touch tones on my POTS line as I press buttons on my Broadvoice line. Any solutions to this?     |
