Default Sipura 2000 reset to factory settings does not work

Linksys SPA942 Linksys SPA942
Stylish and sturdy 2- or 4-line business IP phone with 2 RJ-45s and Power Over Ethernet.
Price: $149.95
I bought the Sipura 2000 from voxilla and have been using it with voicepulse.

I am now trying to set up the second line, but couldnt access the sipura via the browser. So I tried using the phone handset and dialing ****73738# to reset it, but then it asks for password as well.

I dont recall setting the password, does Voicepulse lock it for byod plans as well?

Is there a way to a hardware reset? or any other option I can try out? Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

VoicePulse does indeed lock your ATA for all unlimited plans. If/when you leave VoicePulse they will release the lock.
