dear members, only yesterday i able to successfully configure my SPA3000. since its up and running, most of callees i m callin using PSTN line are complaining about bad voice quality. their complain is that volume is too low and same time they notice "click" sound on regular intervals. any suggestion for me ? btw, i only have configured line1 with VOIP2PSTN enabled and PSTN2VOIP disabled under PSTN tab. Havnt changed any gain or impedence settings. My location is Kuwait, if there are some setings specially for Kuwait pls do tell me. thanx. |

and its local pstn call i m dialing throu sipura. when i call from othe phone connected directly to pstn, voice is crystal clear. and is pstn calling has some thing to do with internetspeed? i dont think so but still its 128k. btw, i have no problems at all with VOIP call at this speed, its crystal clear both ends. |

| I Hope you can advise, I think I have the same problem, when I dial from S2K-->voip--->S3K--->PSTN (Mexico City), I get a weak and garbled dial tone... even if both Sipuras are within the same Linksys router. I have a aDSL 256K, and accounts signed with inphonex; works with no problems from VoIp to VoIP. Thanks. |
