I'll bite.

When you say "bad voice quality" what exactly is this. Echo? Long delay? Garbled speech? When this happens where are you calling? A local PSTN or international?

Also what is your upload speed of your ISP? I have a cable provider which gives me 3mb download but only 256kb upload.

callee says voice sounds like coming from too far.. very low volume

and its local pstn call i m dialing throu sipura. when i call from othe phone connected directly to pstn, voice is crystal clear.

and is pstn calling has some thing to do with internetspeed? i dont think so but still its 128k. btw, i have no problems at all with VOIP call at this speed, its crystal clear both ends.

I Hope you can advise, I think I have the same problem, when I dial from S2K-->voip--->S3K--->PSTN (Mexico City), I get a weak and garbled dial tone... even if both Sipuras are within the same Linksys router. I have a aDSL 256K, and accounts signed with inphonex; works with no problems from VoIp to VoIP.

Thanks.

well, i made below mentioned changes under [Line1] and results are very much within acceptable range if not perfect:

SPA To PSTN Gain: 1
PSTN To SPA Gain: 1
