| Hi, ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) There are 2 settings for proxy: - Proxy SIP - Proxy Server for all outbound requests - Outbound Proxy - SIP Outbound Proxy Server where all outbound requests are sent as the first hop. I have SPA2000 and Asterisk in the same network behind firewall. Asterisk connects to another Asterisk server using only IAX protocol. Where should I enter ip address of my Asterisk server? What is the difference between these two fields? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) How do I dial phone numbers with extension? Now I have to press # after extension. Is it possible to dial without #? Thank you Sergey |

| I've read about "Dial Plan element 10xxS0" but standarts are different: some companies use X, some - XX. In this case I have to add each phone number that use extensions to dial plan. |

| You need to have an individual Dial Plan element for each uniquely identifiable digit string. That's what the phone companies do and that is what you need to do if you want to emulate that behaviour.
