Spent tons of time ruling out almost everything. I turned on debugging and I see SIP2.0 489 bad event. I find it strange that it is looking for me@192.168..., the local ip, so maybe that's the problem. It also shows unref domain messages (what's that?) even though the adapter says I am registered. Anyone? Thanks. |

| Not sure what configuration entry would cause the 489 Bad Event, but that surely is your problem. You see the unref domain messages sometimes, I don't believe they are of particular concern. Registration gives your VoIP provider the address where you can be reached for an incoming call. It also demonstrates that you can send sip messages between the adapter and your VoIP proxy. If you look at the 200 OK response to the Register request you will see a contact field with the address the provider is maintaining. edit: I would reset the adapter to factory specs with the IVR and then make the minimum number of changes necessary to configure your VoIP provider and see if you still have the problem.
