I have stanaphone on a unlocked PAP2. I can make outbound calls and the call quality is good both ways. However when i recieve a incoming call, i can hear the other party clearly, but the other party cannot understand me at all. Please advice what settings i might try changing. Thanks |

| What is your internet connection upload speed. Try using this site to figure out what your upload speed is. Do this and post the results. I guess you have an ADSL connection and, probably, your upload speed is to slow to carry the RTP packets (voice packets). Juan C. |

| Hi, First, sorry about a delayed response, i was sick. I am on cable 3 Mbps line from COMCAST. I have a belkin 11g router. I enabled UPNP and opened port from 5060 to 5070. Still i have the problem. Further recently this does not happen with every call, but most of the calls, say 8 out of 10 calls. Help needed. |

| Hi All, I still have the problem. The PAP2 has now crappy quality with stanaphone both incoming and outgoing. I have SPA3K in a remote location. Outgoing call quality from the SPA3k to a non-stanaphone customer is bad. However incoming from non-stana customers works perfectly. I am attaching config files of both the PAP2 and SPA3K. Both the ATA's are connected to Belkin wireless router with the ports (5060 to 5070) open. I tried disabling STUN and NAT on the ATA, which did not solve the problem. I also tried to use 10001 as SIP port, still no luck. PAP2 is on 3Mbps cable, while the SPA3k is on DSL 256k both up & down. Please suggest any solution. Thanks. |
