Default Panasonic KX-T206 and Sipura 3102

Hi all,

I have put my Sipura as extension to Panasonic KX-T206 PBX.
It is a 2+6 pbx. (Sipura's Line(FXO) is connected to PBX extension)

I cannot figure out how to make things to work.
I have enabled PSTN line (VoIP-PSTN and PSTN-VoIP gateway yes)
Make/Answer calls w/o Reg: Yes

The problems are:
1. What is the voltage setting for line ? (info page details)
Hook State: On Line Voltage: -29 (V)
Loop Current: 0.0 (mA) Registration State: Not Registered
Last Registration At: Next Registration In:

2. Disconnect tone configuration string.
I have put the following
440@-35,440@-35;1(.250/.250/1+2)

But not sure if it is correct.

It basically brings the dial tone.. but disconnect is working badly, etc.

Please respond, who has similar PBX and has got it working?

Thanks!
