Default Need to 3000 reset password

I'm using a 3000 for a FXO port for my * box. When setting up the password, I must have typed it in wrong because now I can't access any of the web pages. It asks for an username and password. I enter "admin" and the password it should have been. I then get a 401 Unauthorized page.

I pulled out a paper clip and went looking for a reset button, only to find there isn't one. I found the code ****73738#1 used by Broadvoice people. I plugged in a phone into the phone port and tried to dial this code. I can't get passed the second * before hearing a fast busy signal. Am I supposed to plug the phone into the Line port for this to work?

Help, any ideas on how to reset the password?

despite the fact I can't type a good subject line, I figured it out. I had set the User password incorrectly, the Admin password was correct. I went directly to /admin/advanced and it prompted me for the admin password (which I know). I was then able to go in and clear the User password.

Congratulations. As for getting the IVR prompt, it should return if you disconnect the PSTN Line and/or the ethernet line.
