Default locked out of 2102 after factory reset

It all started when I changed my 2102 from NAT to Bridge mode.

I was unable to access the device after that although I could ping it at 192.168.0.151 after moving it onto a LAN port.

As a last resort, I performed a factory reset on it using **** and then
73738

Now when I dial *** 110 # I'm told the IP is 0.0.0.0

Can somebody give me some step by step instructions on how to get the web interface restored?

Everything seems to have been zeroed out--the IP, net mask, etc.

The 2102 was purchased at the Voxilla store.

He dialed **** then he use the option 7932 and enable the web interface then he did a 110 to gain the ip then he used his favorite web broswer and used that ip and got in. Hope that helps for anyone that seems to get locked out of there device.
