I have a SPA9000 IP PBX, while a call is being made, the information (phone number, time etc.) appears after the link named "status" is clicked, but it disappears after hanging up, so I am not able to get the call log that made before the "status" link is clicked. Is there a file (say .xls or .txt etc) for call log that can be downloaded? or is there a method that will let me know the call log? and How? Thanks a lot! :lol: |
