Default Did I Kill My Linksys SPA-2102 adapter?

Linksys SPA942 Linksys SPA942
Stylish and sturdy 2- or 4-line business IP phone with 2 RJ-45s and Power Over Ethernet.
Price: $149.95
Something just happened to my SPA2102-R. I had successfully unlocked it and even got it setup and working with ViaTalk. I turned provisioning OFF, I changed my admin password and removed all SunRocket config references. All was well and everything worked. I had dialtone and phone service.

Then, this morning I started playing with the Line 2 settings, trying to set that up as well since VT gives you a 2nd line and I submitted my changes.

Don't know what happened, but now my adapter is flashing red on the power light, then intermittently green and then back to red.

I cannot log into the adapter, I cannot get to the adapter at all through the web. My network does not recognize the adapter and is not showing it in the list of connected devices. I tried using the phone to dial **** to access the adapter but that doesn't work--all I hear is some clicking noises.

I powered down the adapter and took the whole thing offline for a few minutes. Then powered back up. Still the flashing red/green light and still don't see the adapter in my list of attached devices on my router mgmt page.

Is my adapter now dead???

Default Re: Did I Kill My Linksys SPA-2102 adapter?

I need help. I have a spa2102-R.

I've already unlocked it with the live CD.

I even upgrade the firmware to the 5.2.3.

Then I tried to use a BroadVoice line.

Then, by mistake, instead of doing an user reset (****877778#),
I'VE DONE A FACTORY RESET (****73738#).

Now, I'm not being successful in unlocking it again with the LIVE CD.
The web admin access (****723646#) does not work anymore with the password 79309925#.

I do not know what to do anymore! Any hint???

Thanks

Ricardo Machado
