Default Dialstring to add international code

Although I've been through various similar examples I don't seem to be able to get a simple dialstring to work.

I am in Switzerland and use a UK Voip supplier - CallUnion

All I want to do is to make the voip phone behave as if it were in Switzerland - i.e. if I dial 0xxxxxxxxxx the number is converted to 0041xxxxxxxxxx and if I dial 00xxxxxxxxxxxx it is just like calling a normal international number from UK.

I think that all Swiss normal numbers are 0 followed by 9 digits but I am not 100% sure so there may be an option to do a "SO" rather than wait.

Just to summarise - for example - if I dial 024 479 1945 I want the sipura to dial 0041 24 479 1945 but if I dial two zeros eg 0033 467738111 I want the call to go by normal international means to France.

I know this must be simple - but my attempts are failing!

Thanks for any help

How about something like this?

L:20,S:10,( 0<:041>[1-9]xxxxxxxxS0 | 0<:041>[1-9]x. | 00xx. )

If I didn't make a mistake in my syntax, that should do this:

Lengthen the long and short timers (to 20 and 10 seconds respectively).

Allow 9 digit swiss numbers to be as: 0 + number (with an immediate call going out)

Allow less than 9 digit swiss numbers to be dialed as: 0 + number (and wait 10 seconds for the timeout)

Allow international numbers to be dialed normally (starting with 00), and again with the 10 second timeout.
