Hello All,
I recently upgraded my (working)
SPA-3000 home interface to an
SPA-9000 which is allowing me to add some SPA941 phones around my house in strategic areas.
I have modified the dialing strings and the call routing rule such that I don't need to dial a 9, and all phones (IP or analog) ring simultaneously -- that part is good, of course.
Where I have difficulty is that while I can get the voicemail indicator light on the SPA941 to turn on when I get a voice message at Viatalk, I am unable to call Viatalk's voicemail service to retrieve it (from either analog phones connected to the
SPA-9000's FXS ports, or from IP phones). If I enter "*123" to call Viatalk, I immediately get a fast-busy.
I believe the problem lies in the Call Routing Rules -- as an experiment, I changed the routing rule from xx. to *xx. That work in that it allowed the phones to dial "*123" but then as expected, no other dialing worked. As second and third tries, I went for (<:L1,2,3,4> xx. | *xx.) and also (<:L1,2,3,4>xx.|<:L1>*xx.), but neither of those were the ticket either..
Here are the strings I'm working with right now -- all is good for making calls, but I cannot dial *123 to get to Viatalk voicemail. Help is very much appreciated.
Call Routing Rule: (<:L1,2,3,4>xx.)
FXS1 Dial Plan: (*123S0|101S0|[49]11S0|<:1952>[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<:1>xxxxxxxxxx|*xx.)
Line1 Dial Plan: (*123S0|[49]11S0|<:1952>[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<:1>xxxxxxxxxx|*xx.)
Thanks!
Scott
