When I try to install the dailplan wizard I get the message that I have to install the .NET framwork eventhough it is allready installed. My software list shows me that Microsoft .Net framework 2.0 is installed. What to do?? |

| After a long hiatus, I've updated the Dial Plan Wizard to Beta 3. It will take a some days to make it available for downloading. Please be patient. There are a couple bug fixes to country name, country code, and area code. This is mainly an internal improvements release. The software was updated to Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 developement platform. A 3rd party grid control was replaced with a Microsoft equivalent. There are still a couple of annoying issues: 1. Remember where you are installing the software. The installer doesn't create a shortcut but the default path is C:\Program Files\Softworks Limited\Dial Plan Wizard. The executable name is "Dial Plan Wizard.exe". To manually create a shortcut, right click on the .exe file. 2. The checkboxes on the dial plan grid and the combo boxes on the lines grid don't properly update until you click some other place (similar to web page forms). I haven't found any documentation on how to cause immediate updating. I think I may have to use special software such as Spy++. Bob.

| Seems that I am unable to contact the moderators to find out how to upload a new version. I tried PMing and leaving a message on this thread. No response. I am not sure why.

| Thank you for creating a wonderful wizard. But I am confused how to use it (very new to the VoIP world) My asterisk box is connected to the spa3102. I use VoIPstunt's service for outgoing calls. The location is Sweden (46). I configured my system as specified in nerdvittles.com (except the dialplan which I replaced like xx. and 00. Now the question is how can I make such that when there is a PSTN call the handset attached to spa3102 ring (it is not ringing at the moment)? And how can I swith between the PSTN or VoIP trunk? Currently the problem is even when I have to dial a local number I have to dial the first two zeros, country code, area code and number. Will this wizard be helpful for my purpose? If yes, kindly guide (explicit preferable). :-) Thanks. |

| garby, Suggest you post your message to "How do I create a dialplan" thread?. It's much more active. I'm told that there will be a more direct way to upload new software to voxilla.com in September. I'll post the update then. Bob.

| Thank you Bob. I will check there, too. In the meantime, could you forward the new version (I assume you have included the dial plan for the betamax services like voipstunt or as Rybshik suggested in one of the post above) to my email: garbytrash-gmail-com. Thanks in advance. |

| Can someone tell me why there are two dial plans in the software? One for Line 1 & one for gw0. I know what is line 1 & gw0 but when I have a single handset, why should there be two dial plans? Can someone explain in lay man's terms? |

| Dear BSalita: I am checking the latest version of the DPW, as you stated in your response that the new version with improvised features would be available by September. But I could not find the latest one beyond 1.0.1Beta. Could you point to the link where I can download the newest version of the DPW? Thank you! |
